Calder will appear next in Tartuffe at the Cleveland Play House in spring 2026.
Calder just completed a run as earnest lover-boy Claudio in Much Ado About Nothing directed by Terri McMahon with the final CWRU/CPH MFA production with the MFA '26 cohort.
This summer, Calder performed in two separate productions of Fiddler on the Roof (one of which was led by by Tony nom. Robert Cuccioli), and appeared in Our Town at Cleveland Play House, directed by Tony winner, Mary Zimmerman.

Calder is an actor-singer-playwright from south Texas who is now based in sunny and tropical Cleveland, Ohio! He is currently pursuing a MFA in the Case Western Reserve University/Cleveland Play House Acting program under Don Carrier. As a child, his pediatrician promised him he'd be 6'4" and he has since learned that people can lie.
